spec is a terminal control plane for turning ideas into reviewed, implemented work. It keeps specifications, pipeline state, decisions, review threads, and agentic build context together in Git-backed Markdown, with an interactive TUI where teams read and move the work. Build plans become a dependency graph that spec hands to local coding agents through MCP.

Xylo Systems is a web-based platform enabling biodiversity intelligence for any project, anywhere. It streamlines the tracking, reporting and interpretation of biodiversity metrics, with insightful outputs aligned to industry-standard reporting frameworks. I joined Xylo as their first in-house software engineer, accepting project handover from a consultancy firm. This role involved rapid domain context building, learning the nature of the industry, plenty of feature development and ultimately coalesced to a role as Head of Engineering.

Designed to be mobile-first, open-source, self-hosted software. Mechmate is a personal maintenance management system for tracking equipment, scheduling maintenance tasks, and managing service history. Mechmate was an opportunity for me to explore LLM-integrated workflows, leveraging natural language user input to drive management of equipment inventory and tasks, and streamline form data input workflows.

Pathway to Health Nutrition is a nutritional consultant leveraging healthy-fat, low-carbohydrate eating to support metabolic health. Their website was designed to be a fast, intuitive and approachable funnel to convert visitors into booked consultations. Close attention was paid to the business branding, logo and ethos, to ensure the site resonated strongly with the core values of the business.

A browser-based AR/VR artwork creation and monetization platform for NFT artists. Eyejack X enables artists to create and publish XR experiences publically and mint them as NFTs on the Tezos blockchain. I was responsible for the scoping and development of a blockchain integration to mint tokens and fetch metadata, as well as the front-end UI for the token aggregation pages.

Intitally built for enterprise clients, I played a core role in re-designing user interfaces and back-end architecture to simplify user workflows and help the company push into markets of small to medium businesses.

I was part of the engineering squad in charge of designing and developing new user interfaces to streamline the client onboarding experience and create a centralised user portal for easy access to application modules.
